Two-Arm Kettlebell Row

Kettlebells Middle Back

The Two-Arm Kettlebell Row is a strength movement that targets your middle back. Here's how to do it with clean form.

How to do the Two-Arm Kettlebell Row

  1. Hinge at the hips until your torso is roughly parallel to the floor, a kettlebell in each hand hanging beneath your shoulders.
  2. Row both bells toward your hips, driving your elbows back and up.
  3. Squeeze your shoulder blades together at the top of the pull.
  4. Lower with control and maintain a flat back throughout — don't let your hips rise.
