How to do the Alternating Kettlebell Row

  1. Hinge forward until your torso is roughly parallel to the floor, a kettlebell in each hand.
  2. Row one kettlebell toward your hip, leading with the elbow, then lower it.
  3. Keep your back flat and hips square — don't rotate to generate momentum.
  4. Alternate arms each rep and hold the hinge position steady.
