How to do the Standing Lateral Stretch

  1. Stand with feet shoulder-width apart and one arm raised overhead.
  2. Reach up and over to the opposite side, lengthening through your obliques and lat.
  3. Keep both feet planted and avoid twisting your torso.
  4. Hold the stretch, then switch sides.
