How to do the Side Bridge

  1. Lie on your side and prop up on one forearm with your elbow directly under your shoulder.
  2. Lift your hips until your body forms a straight line from head to feet.
  3. Stack your feet or stagger them for stability.
  4. Don't let your hips sag or rotate forward.
