How to do the Medicine Ball Full Twist

  1. Sit with knees bent and feet off the floor, or stand with feet hip-width apart, holding the ball at chest.
  2. Rotate your torso fully to one side, then drive back through center to the other side.
  3. Keep your hips square and facing forward — rotation comes from the torso, not the pelvis.
  4. Control the ball at each end range; don't let momentum take over.
