Leg Pull-In

Body only Abdominals

The Leg Pull-In is a strength movement that targets your abdominals. Here's how to do it with clean form.

How to do the Leg Pull-In

  1. Sit on the floor or a bench with hands behind you for support, legs extended.
  2. Tuck your knees toward your chest in a controlled pull.
  3. Extend the legs back out without letting your feet touch the floor.
  4. Drive the motion from your abs, not by swinging your torso.
