The Incline Bench Pull is a strength movement that targets your middle back. Here's how to do it with clean form.

How to do the Incline Bench Pull

  1. Lie face-down on an incline bench set to 30–45°, barbell on the floor below you.
  2. Grip the bar just outside shoulder width and row it toward your chest.
  3. Squeeze your shoulder blades together at the top and lower under control.
  4. Keep your chest pinned to the pad throughout the movement.
