How to do the Barbell Side Bend

  1. Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, barbell across your upper traps.
  2. Bend directly to one side, lowering your torso laterally under control.
  3. Drive back to upright using your obliques, not momentum.
  4. Keep your hips square — don't rotate forward or back.
