How to do the Balance Board

  1. Step onto the board with feet shoulder-width apart and find a centered, level position.
  2. Distribute weight evenly through both feet and keep your knees slightly bent.
  3. Make small, continuous calf and ankle corrections to prevent the board edges from touching down.
  4. Fix your gaze on a stationary point ahead to help stabilize.
