How to do the Ankle Circles

  1. Lift one foot off the floor and let the lower leg hang freely.
  2. Rotate your ankle slowly through a full circle — toes tracing the widest arc you can manage.
  3. Complete 10 circles in each direction before switching feet.
  4. Keep the motion smooth and controlled, not rushed.
