How to do the Lying Leg Curls

  1. Lie face-down on the pad and position the roller just above your heels.
  2. Curl your heels toward your glutes in a smooth arc.
  3. Pause briefly at the top with hamstrings fully contracted.
  4. Lower with control; don't let the weight stack crash between reps.
