Kettlebell Thruster

Kettlebells Shoulders

The Kettlebell Thruster is a strength movement that targets your shoulders. Here's how to do it with clean form.

How to do the Kettlebell Thruster

  1. Hold the bell in rack position, feet shoulder-width apart.
  2. Squat to parallel, then drive up explosively and press the bell overhead in one continuous motion.
  3. Use the momentum from your leg drive to power the press — don't muscle it separately.
  4. Lock out fully at the top: arm straight, hips extended, before lowering back to rack.
